Seit mehr als 20 Jahren in den Bergen, national und international, unterwegs. Seit 2011 Mitglied der Alpinisten Gilde Wels. Alpintouren u.a.: Dachsein S-Wand, Hochkönig S-Wand, Piz Badile NO-Wand, Große Zinne NO-Wand, Westliche Zinne NO-Wand, Ortler Nordwand, Monte Zebru N-Wand, Piz Palü „Bumillerpfeiler“, Aiguille du Midi „Frendopfeiler“, Eiger N-Wand „Heckmaier“, Grand Jorasses N-Wand „Polenvariante“, Matterhorn N-Wand „Schmidtführe“ u.v.m. 2004 erfolgreiche Expediton nach Nepal mit der Besteigung des Island Peak (6.300 m) und der Ama Dablam (6.858 m) „Südostgrat“.
